A Family Gem House · Sri Lanka · Houston

We buy the rough.
We cut the stone.
We deliver it to you.

Three generations of one family, cutting gems in Galle, Sri Lanka since the 1950s. Dealers once flew to our table; since the 1980s we have shipped to them across Asia and Europe. In 2025 we opened in Houston — now we supply the United States direct.

The Direct Line

Most stones change hands four times before they reach you. Ours change hands once.

01 — Source

We buy at the mines.

In Sri Lanka, our family buys the rough directly. In East Africa, our own agents buy it where it comes out of the ground.

02 — Cut

We cut in our own workshop.

Our artisans cut and polish every stone by hand in Gintota, on the Galle coast. Nothing is sent to outside cutters.

03 — Deliver

We ship from Houston.

We are licensed exporters from Sri Lanka. Our Houston office, open since 2025, answers in your time zone and ships with full customs papers.

One family owns every step. So one family answers for every stone.

The Stones

Six varieties we are known for.

We also cut yellow and pink sapphire, zircon, moonstone, and the wider garnet family. If Sri Lanka produces it, ask us.

How to Buy

Any stone. Any quantity. Three formats.

Precious and semi-precious. If it comes out of Sri Lanka or East Africa, we can supply it — from one important stone to production volume.

Single Stones

One stone for one ring. Chosen and cut on its own merits. For engagement work, one-of-a-kind designs, and collectors.

Lots & Parcels

Sorted and graded parcels with depth in one color or variety. What we write on the memo is what arrives in the box.

Calibrated Sizes

Exact millimeter sizes, cut to order, consistent across the whole run. For production lines and repeat settings.

Begin

Start with one parcel. Judge it with your own eyes.

Choose a few stones or a small lot. Test our grading against your own standard. Then decide how far to take the relationship.
